Bad experience. This is apartment by travelio. Very complicated procedure. You have to put 300 thousand deposit. And to get the deposit back is another procedure (hard and full hassle?) Bad experience booking this apartment. Procedure for handover of keys. Must deposit 300 thousand in advance. The return of the deposit is very complicated (cannot be instant) there are many questions that are very disturbing and difficult. The unit is also dirty. The sheets and blankets (dirty and never changed) and in the bathroom there are traces of hair (genitals?). Very disappointing.

Very comfortable for families, the place is clean, the service is good, if you go to Bandung, you will stay here again 👍.
