The service is very satisfying.

Upon entering the room, there was a slight fishy smell from the pool, as my room was directly facing it. I eventually asked the receptionist for some air freshener, and it was largely resolved. The pool was also dirty, but it was cleaned promptly when I complained. The pillows were also flat, making them uncomfortable. The cleanliness could be improved, but otherwise, it was fine.

Always a must visit place when in Jakarta

first time staycay here with friends, the room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The service and facilities are also okay, the staff are friendly and very helpful, but a little suggestion for the AC should be replaced because it looks old and doesn't feel cold anymore, thank you 9/10 🙏🏼

I love how abundant facilities they provide despite the price. For that price, you'll get a spacious room, queen bed, hot water kettle, bathtub, adults pool and various selection of breakfast based on request and additional charge. The taste is average, but I appreciated the effort of providing the choices. Additionally, the room is very secure with triple locks inside. How cool is that! Compared with another property I recently stayed with slightly higher rate, ARCS House Pakubuwono is so much better. The staff are also very polite and friendly. I totally recommend it and will definitely return here again.

cool, with this budget you get facilities that might be head but head if not better than a 4-star hotel, at least in terms of room facilities. the room is spacious, there is a sofa, refrigerator, wardrobe, TV with STB, safe, AC, table, kettle and the most unexpected is a bathtub with water heater, crazy, with this price you can get such complete room facilities. 4-star hotels if you want a bathtub, maybe the ones above 700 are the cheapest. In terms of service, it's also so-so, quite friendly, late check-in (at 23.00) but still served well. the only drawback is probably the size of the bed which is a bit small. if you bring small children, only three can fit. oh yeah, one more thing, the AC takes a while to cool down, maybe because the AC is placed at the end and the room is quite large so it takes a while to cool the room.
