I arrived at the hotel at around 10pm, there is no one standby at the hotel and the admin finally replied to me after half an hour. Then, we get the smart lock code, but the lock to our room was error and I have to wait another 30 minutes for the new codes to the other room. The room is nice, location also nice, but the service was TERRIBLE.

Great Design and Location, But Poor Service and Lacking Basics Disappointed by the lack of basic facilities. There were no foot towels provided in the bathroom, which made it wet, uncomfortable and inconvenient after showering. Additionally, there were no tissues available in the living room or kitchen. Lastly, it's a self check-in, but we had to contact the staff first, no hotel's email before check-in. Moreover, it took a long time for someone to answer our call, when the staff finally called back, the communication felt rushed and unhelpful. The hotel needs to improve both its amenities and the professionalism.
