I arrived at the hotel at around 10pm, there is no one standby at the hotel and the admin finally replied to me after half an hour. Then, we get the smart lock code, but the lock to our room was error and I have to wait another 30 minutes for the new codes to the other room. The room is nice, location also nice, but the service was TERRIBLE.
