Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Water heater wasn't working optimally, the water was still cold.

we arrived at 11.50, couldn't check this because it wasn't time yet, so we left our luggage first, the hotel staff was friendly. the location is on the Ciwedey highway, close to tourist attractions, the surrounding scenery is good, the room is clean but the bathroom smells and asks for wipol to be poured. there is a water heater, but you get an old one. overall ok for that price.

The hotel staff on duty are friendly and polite, the location is on the side of the main road, and the hotel yard is very spacious, no need to worry about parking your car... there is a fishing pond.

My family and I stayed in the family type which was very pleasant: 1. Family type room (2 queens + 1 queen room separated) with a spacious room size. 2. Room cleanliness is okay + bright room lights. 3. Clean toilet + water heater works so there is hot water for bathing. 4. Spacious car park. 5. Access to accommodation on the side of the road (finding food is not difficult) 6. Cheap price. Recommended for those who bring a large family

Easy to access hotel, friendly service, clean rooms.

There were cockroaches, in the app there were queen and single beds, when we arrived at the hotel it turned out there was only 1 queen bed. Bad service, dirty sheets, lots of cockroaches.

Strategic location, spacious hotel parking area and competitive prices

It's really worth the accommodation at that price. I came with a large family, this room is very suitable. The position of the room is in front near the entrance gate so it is more comfortable. We can park the car in front of the room, because the parking lot is very spacious 😍 the room is also very spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi is great, the TV is already a smart TV, we can use Netflix 🥰 But the sink leaks so the floor is wet. So far that's the experience I can share. If I go to Ciwidey, will I stay there again?
