Very enjoyable at a price that is not too expensive.

Friendly staff. Easy to find location, right on the roadside. Good hot water. Good TV, average view. Bathroom is lacking in cleanliness, and the mattress smells of urine.

The view is great. If you go to Ciwidey, I'll come here again.

Honestly, the room was nice and very clean, but when we tested the water in the toilet, there were lots of small animals. I don't know what they were because there was so much coming out of the tap. So we filtered it with wet wipes. But the room was really clean. We chose the family room with 3 beds. Maybe it's better to correct the cleanliness of the water.

The room is like a boarding house, the water heater is broken, the TV has no signal, the hotel is not cold, there is no AC or fan, the bathroom is designed like a boarding house

The place is roadside and spacious, there are many room options, the service is also good, free Wi-Fi and access to tourist attractions is also close.

Please improve the management. I left my jewelry in the room, but there's no hotel number I can call. It's very disappointing.

we arrived at 11.50, couldn't check this because it wasn't time yet, so we left our luggage first, the hotel staff was friendly. the location is on the Ciwedey highway, close to tourist attractions, the surrounding scenery is good, the room is clean but the bathroom smells and asks for wipol to be poured. there is a water heater, but you get an old one. overall ok for that price.
