Good access and good facilities🙏

My experience staying here, the room was not very clean because there were small cockroaches running around under the sofa and on the floor, the bowls were not clean, the room lights were not bright enough, and overall, I only stayed here once in my life and it is not recommended to stay in this room (floor 26, room no. 2609) 😑

Maybe I don't understand much about the bathroom door, it can't be closed tightly, the TV channels can't be accessed widely, it can't be opened, only the kids channels, there's no soap to wash dishes, the TV is also blurry, there are many channels that can't be opened, and I was once woken up in the middle of the night by the staff banging on the door really hard, told to check out even though I checked in at 4 pm and it turned out to be the wrong room, but for this price, in my opinion, please improve it again, the service is really good, the receptionists are friendly.

The rooms you choose and the ones you get are very different. Complained because I got a room at a cheaper price even though I deliberately ordered the most expensive one because it was good and I'm not used to booking cramped and dirty rooms. They argued that the photo applied was just an example. Getting a room is still random. It's just random, it doesn't matter if you're given a narrower room, it's not exactly the same as in the photo. Complaints that they were given a move but the room was dirty. It's like I didn't really mean it. I swear the mattress is itchy. There are small cockroaches. I don't want to shower because I don't feel comfortable. Sleeping is also uncomfortable. Where I hit the edge of the mattress until it bled. They really don't think about the little things for the sake of customer convenience. Won't come back again. I marked 21 Room. I will share it with friends, social media.

Economy package without kitchen, the important thing is mattress, AC and Netflix running smoothly safely. Very worth it

Very dirty place. The staff was not there when I wanted to check out. Check out at 7am, until 9am there was no one to hand over the key and deposit so it couldn't be taken because there was no one to contact.

The room smells a bit like cigarettes. The bathroom also smells bad.

If you want a staycation just to chill, the choice is always to go to 21room compared to the others. Clean, comfortable, the furnishings are also nice, I definitely like the bright lights. Suitable for me, the narcissist hahaha❤️.
