This was my second stay here. The first experience was so enjoyable that I decided to stay again. However, my second experience had a few drawbacks: 1. I intentionally chose a city view room, but ended up with a view of the Pullman Hotel windows, even though I was hoping for a room with a view of Gedung Sate like before. 2. The shower water was very unstable. The water temperature couldn't be controlled, and it was suddenly very hot and then very cold :( And in my opinion, this hotel is not pedestrian-friendly. It's confusing to choose which way to go when exiting the lobby, as many gates are closed, and the road is actually circular and only for vehicles. But overall, the hotel is very strategically located, comfortable, and the service is excellent. What's rare in other hotels is that you can get a free breakfast package for two children, and the menu is extensive and varied, and it's truly kid-friendly. Thank you!

The minibar is not positioned properly. Store it in the bathroom toilet. Coffee, tea, water heater, and drinking bottles in the toilet.

Good experience stay in this hotel due to your special request delivered perfectly. I requested a non-smoking, lower-level, double bed room, and it was perfectly as I requested. They also do due diligence servicing guests in a timely manner. Best option for anyone who has an office assignment in Bandung.

Have stayed at Ibis Styles several times and never disappointed. But lately, the last 2 times I have stayed here, the same problem always occurs, namely the towels smell musty as if they are not dry. Have asked for additional towels, but they are the same. Hopefully the bathroom amenities area will be looked after, the towels are all musty. In terms of location, staff and service, all are very good.

This is a hotel that my family will definitely choose when we visit Bandung, Comfortable, spacious rooms so the kids can play freely with their toys, super cold AC, clean, easy to order gofood and lots of choices. Recommended for families.

A pleasant first experience staying at Ibis Styles. Right in front of Gasibu.

The hotel staff are friendly, the hotel is comfortable in the middle of the city center, very suitable for office and family events, and the price is also appropriate.

Stayed here to watch Persib convoy. The view is awesome. The price is also reasonable and commensurate with the location. Certain rooms already have sofa beds. So those who stay with children, don't need an extra bed. Just add an extra blanket and breakfast. The rest is very good. The only downside is that there is no gym and swimming pool. The rest, from the rooms, food to parking, are very2 positive!

Best value for money hotel in Bandung so far. My 3rd time staying here, this time we booked 10 rooms for friends and families. Everyone is satisfied with the services.

Stayed 2 nights and while there the staff was very helpful and friendly, close to everywhere because the location is in the city center, the view from my room also directly to Gasibu and Gedung Sate👍👍👍
