It was a pleasant moment. The hotel was good, in the center of the city. The food was delicious, and the room was neat and clean. But, there are some critical points for improvement (in my opinion):
1. Lighting in the alleyway to the parking lot needs to be brighter. As well, the sign needs to be clearer.
2. It would be better if the admission staff informed guests about the free parking for their vehicles (especially if the guest needs to register their e-money card). Thus, the guest doesn't need to go back and forth to take care of it.
3. Charger for electric cars. I think it would be great if the hotel limited the charging time (i.e., 3-4 hours?) so other electric cars don't have to wait long. I think hotel management must settle the rules for queuing. For example, when one car has registered and is called by the concierge but doesn't show up within the time limit (e.g., 15 minutes), it could switch to the following electric vehicle. The first guest would then need to register for the queue again. I think this could be highly considered. My suggestion, perhaps the hotel could add more charger stations due to the increasing number of electric car owners 😊.
But most of all, it was pleasant to stay in this hotel. Looking forward to staying here next time.
Thank you.
