Actually the room is quite spacious and the bathroom is also clean. It's just that by chance when we arrived, it was late in the afternoon, the main gate was closed at the security post and there was no one at all, so we finally opened the gate ourselves. There were no clues where the room was so we had to go around the entire waterpark area. Again, there are no clues and no people at all, the atmosphere is quiet, enough to make you nervous. Until finally someone appeared and it turned out that guests were also staying overnight, when I went to the reception there were no people either. The guest gave the receptionist's phone number, it turned out that the lobby where the check-in was located was elsewhere (different area from the place to stay) a distance of about 5 minutes driving later after getting there, it was delivered again. When we talked about how come there was no notification/instruction if the check-in place was different, the staff said that the service was according to the price. Imagine if at that time we did not meet with other guests, however in the service industry, service is the priority. It's not grandiose, just an officer is enough. Thank you
