Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, clean bathroom

The facilities provided are good, the rooms are nice and tidy, the staff are friendly, for the bathroom it is better to check the water drain frequently because there are clogs with tissue or hair

The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied, it is clean but the toilet ceramics are quite dangerous because they do not use special ceramics.

The room is spacious, clean, doesn't smell, the bed is big, the breakfast is pretty good even though it's a bit cold, the staff is friendly, the bathroom is spacious and clean, overall it's comfortable to stay here.

As usual, Paradise Hotel is my favorite place to stay during my business trips.

Rooms are super clean with excellent breakfast.

There were 3 people staying, but only 1 towel was provided, there was still not enough parking space, and the sound of people in the room could still be heard outside.

Very strategic location, delicious breakfast with a decent variety, friendly service, bright and clean rooms. Improvements: if possible, the card would not have to be refilled every day, TV broadcasts would be cleaner and more plentiful.

Hotel is nice and clean. However the food served was cold and limited. Very noisy as it is on main road and traffic constant.

The hotel interior is nice. Rooms are adequate. The biggest complaint is the breakfast food served cold. No staff in restaurant. Asked reception 3 times for room to be cleaned. Not a good hotel.

Clean and nice hotel, with prices above average, unfortunately they did not inform me if WIFI was a problem and the standard of breakfast was below average.

From the back of the wardrobe there was a sound like a washing machine throughout the night plus the noise of hotel staff shifting chairs until 11:00 p.m. so that it disturbed the peace of rest. I have submitted a complaint to the FO staff.
