It seemed like everything that could go wrong did. Asked if we could check in early (no call back letting us know one way or the other), code didn’t work to get into our room, air conditioner was on a timer (nobody told us and so we assumed it didn’t work), back door didn’t lock, WiFi didn’t work, and water temp cool (not warm) BUT all of these things were addressed promptly when brought to their attention.

I loved the stay here. Property had all the amenities you can ask for, fans, ac, even a washer and dryer which was handy when coming back from the sandy beaches and wanting to wash your clothes/beach towels. Pots, pans, all utensils are included therefore you can cook your own food and save some money. Amazing for an affordable price.

Outdoor gas grills were nice! Pool and hot tub were great! Hot tub was hot! Area appears to be really safe and the beach was across the street. We watched the sunset every night at the beach! Unit was great for our needs! Would definitely stay again.

Property itself was fine, but ordered "garden view", received view of parking garage. Ordering off Orbitz i thought I was getting a hotel, this is a condo next to the hotel. Asked the check in hotel for new linens was told that is for the hotel. Customer service was helpful once I got ahold of them, but my traveling companion and i called multiple times and they just hung up on us. To get ahold of them i had to use the callback option. Their customer service isn't integrated with Orbitz, they were supposed to send me the code to the room 2 days ahead, (as the email from Orbitz said), but they didn't have my email. Sounds to me like that should have been handled through the Orbitz app/network. I was hesitant to provide additional information to a third-party given how timeshary this appeared upon arrival.

It was quiet beautiful peaceful place to stay..close to the oceans. Condo was clean and very nice place to stay. I will be back

The second bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly. It seems like it was ignored altogether by the cleaning staff. We ended up using only the master bath.

Very, very accommodating we had a problem with our first room, and they immediately put us in another room. That was even better than the original one.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. Pool was very nice. The grounds and buildings were lovely and well kept. Nice and helpful staff. Great location. Highly recommend

Lovely apartment with full kitchen & washer/dryer. Loved walking across street to beach to see sunsets. They provided beach chairs. Grocery stores near by. Quiet area Easy drives to everywhere, Would recommend this unit highly

A great property for our time on Maui! The space was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable for two travelers. You cannot beat the beach access, which is maybe a 2 minute walk right across the street. Easy to get to all shopping and restaurants along South Kihei Road, and parking was so easy for our excursion days. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip!

Le code d'accès à l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Aucune aide de la réception. Après avoir demandé de l'aide au no de téléphone inscrit dans notre réservation, le 2e code a bien fonctionné (après 30 à 45 min.) Logement vaste, propre et tranquille dans un secteur assez achalandé.

It’s worth the price i paid

Loved the stay, walked everywhere!!

Rooms were clean and adequately stocked . Location is great but Parking instructions were not clear prior to checkin

Castle is a property management company which has units they rent out. I picked a garden view because I thought it would be peaceful and beautiful. But no! They lied and gave me a view of the parking structure. I wouldn't mind if that's what I picked, but don't lie!!! I wouldn't mibd except the parking structure completely dominated the whole view from the condo.

Nice apartment in beautiful area. Good for families

This property is outdated and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase. These are condo buildings where individual owners rent out different units, so the experience varies widely. While I’ve heard some condos here are spacious and in better condition, most units are old and run-down. If there’s limited information or photos available for the specific condo you're considering, it’s likely to be one of the bad one. Additionally, Expedia does not honor its 24-hour cancellation policy for this property, and it misleadingly lists it as a 3.5-star hotel instead of a condo-style apartment building, which feels like a misrepresentation.

Great location and every detail about kitchen was new.

Overall, very good! A few issues but did not distract from our vacation. I had to prompt the staff online to get my check-in password/ instructions and my check out instructions. There were quite a few beetles in the room daily- and we did not keep food in the space. Not a big deal, for being in a tropical climate. Someone afraid of bugs may have an issue. Parking was easy, the room was clean, and spacious. Nice to have two large bathrooms. It was a nice space for us to enjoy Maui. 4 out 5 stars.
