The check-in was really bad, the waiting period was 1 hour to fix it. Called for 30 minutes before connecting to CS. Bad.

Very Bad. I Waited 3 hours to check in. The apartment is provided by a 3rd party, managed by Travelio. The light switch is sort, can't be turned on, the room curtain is broken, the bathroom is old-fashioned. The AC remote has to change batteries. Regret booking here. The manager/agent is not satisfactory.

Bersih, nyaman, tempatnya gabung sama mall jadi banyak makanan g susah carinya. Namun check-in harus minimal 3 jam sebelumnya karena harus lewat traveloi.

I thought the checkin process was easy, but it's not. Because the room turned out to be owned by a second / third person (travel agent) not officially from the apartment. The check-in process has to wait at least 2 hours because you have to wait for the room to be cleaned & prepared, the key is not in the unit but at the agent. It's very inconvenient for those who are on vacation with a baby and have to wait that long without compliments
