The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and had dining options. The casino and hotel was right off of Fremont Street.

Start to finish the trip was amazing. Birthday trip with some friends and we got taken care of by all the staff.

I left some clothes on accident, and they mailed them to me. Amazing service, best hotel in downtown

When I got into my room my shower would not work I had to wait over an hour and a half to get engineering to fix it. Second of all the sheets on my bed look like they were unable to get the blood out from somebody's period that was in the sheet and they put it on the bed

Our first time staying at Circa was fantastic from check in to check out. We loved the quality of the rooms and the overall esthetic. The bathroom was nice and clean and the water pressure in the shower was great! Drinks at the property we great and more affordable than at other hotels we’ve stayed at. Stadium swim is such a great pool and even on a slower day in the middle of the week the energy was high and the music was good! There were plenty of free loungers to lay out on. We thought the location was great for exploring the craziness of Fremont and the casino was the nicest in the area. We were totally impressed with our stay and even though we usually stay at hotels on the strip I think we will make Circa our new go to spot when we come to Las Vegas.

Excellent stay at Circa Resort. We decided to do a girls trip and were able to check in without any issues. The entire Circa staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms and entire resort was spotless. The only thing I wish they would consider is to make everything smoke free. Not everyone wants to breathe in and smell like smoke after visiting the casino area.

Best hotel in downtown area. Hotel is very nice, clean. Sportsbook amazing. Food was excellent. Incredible ventilation system in this place as you couldn't smell any of the cigarette or cigar smoke. The only negative with this place is the staff. Front desk team was great. Everyone else in the bldg that I interacted with, not happy people. Starts with the security staff who scan your ID every time you enter the hotel. Then the folks checking you into the pool area. Then the server and hostess at Barry's...their restaurant. Not a single one of them appeared to enjoy their job or cared to even be there. All of them with poor and/or rushed attitudes. Entire hotel (with exception of front desk and housekeeping) could use a hospitality training exercise.

Everything was ok besides the Dj at the pool. I feel as a dj you should read the room. House music not stop isnt the vibe not everyday.
