Good as alwaya. Very convenient for Channel Tunnel. As expected. Small room but excellent value for money

Nice clean warm rooms. Kettle provided. Another towel would have been better, only one hand and one bath towel for 2 people.

Bath is dangerous, needs hand rails,shower screen leeks down side of bath.

The check in process was easy and as check in closes at 10pm and our arrival was going to be close to that, the hotel called us on route to check our arrival time and advise us of the gate code and door entry code if we were to arrive after 10pm. The room and bathroom were clean well presented and had tea and coffee facilities, and the bed was very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was equally well stocked and varied to cater for all dietary needs. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing overnight stay. Thank you to all the staff

Very good for one night stay near tunnel.

Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Location is close to Eurotunnel. Parking lots are good size and the parking area is secure with fencing and locked gates. Whilst there is no restaurant in the hotel the restaurant next door is good for dinner with various options and children menus too. Dogs are accepted in the hotel and the next door restaurant. Ideal for an overnight stay when taking Le Shuttle.

A good overnight stopover, functional, clean with pleasant staff. We did not like being asked to book a time that we would take our breakfast, we felt this was an imposition.................not very hotel-like! We will visit this hotel again but we won't pre-book breakfast! There is a decent restaurant next door which seems to be open most days.

A bed for the night but slightly overpriced, for a bed for the night. The restaurant next door, which was the Buffalo Grill, is in new ownership and has lost plot & is significant, if like us, your catching Le Shuttle early morning.

We always stay in sure best western in Calais , their breakfast food is very good , a good variety of foods , the couple who run the hotel are very considerate , they are helpful in a very kind way , we experienced this our our last stay there. We would definitely stay there again .

Great hotel with plenty of parking and locked gate at night. Room 003 was newly refurbished and very comfortable. Small fridge, kettle and pod coffee machine in room. Very spacious with 2 t.vs. Breakfast was fine and consists of bread, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, tinned fruit salad and cereals. There was a few pastrys (they didnt look the best). Eggs you could boil yourself and tea and coffee machine. The main problem was everything was always empty and when they would replenish bread or meat ect only 5 or 6 pieces would be brought out and it would be taken immediately by otheres. Breakfast is not worth the priice they charge. Everything else in the hotel was great.

Perfect for a quick stay before/after travel over on the ferry Quick and easy to get to with good safe gated parking. Room was basic but clean and staff were helpful. Needed late check in as arriving at midnight but this was easy, contacted the hotel who provided me with codes to access the hotel and then a safe code to get my room key. Would use hotel again as convenient and clean
