The room for 2 people is just the right size, has windows, air conditioning, refrigerator, dryer, toilet exhaust fan, hot and cold faucet all work well. The hostess is friendly and enthusiastic, often asks if you need anything else, can call for room cleaning every day or not. If I have the chance, I will choose to stay at this hotel. Nearby amenities: nearby restaurants, delicious and reasonable prices, nearby hair salon ok, reasonable price, the lady who does laundry next door has ok price (but her laundry doesn't smell good at all)

The hostess is very cute and enthusiastic. I checked out early and left my luggage until late at night and it was still okay. I found the room to be very okay for the price, with enough amenities, cool air conditioner, clean bathroom, no smell, hot and cold water heater working well (I stayed in room 602 or 601 or something). There is a refrigerator, no dryer so you have to bring your own. The minus point is that the pillowcases are a bit discolored, otherwise it's okay. Oh, if you plan to stay here and then go to the center of the old town, you can ride a motorbike for about 20 minutes, there are often traffic jams in Hanoi.

Booked a room for 350k, stayed for 2 days, at around 12pm I checked in and the owner said he forgot to check the app so he forgot to leave a room, told us to go to the 8th floor to stay, but the elevator only went to the 7th floor, we had to go up 1 floor. Mineral water was charged separately, they said the room was cheap so they had to charge for water. I was just annoyed that she kept saying "room 250 is cheap so that's fine", while my room was 250. Hot and cold water sometimes came and sometimes didn't, remote TV, air conditioner, some had batteries and some didn't. My room on the 8th floor looked like it had been unoccupied for a long time.

The rooms are clean, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, convenient transportation, the landlady is cheerful and friendly.

wifi can't be used so need to fix it, staying overnight is fine if not too picky

The room is as pictured, clean, has windows that open to make the room airy. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic. In the alley there is a restaurant, juice shop, nail salon and hair salon. In general, everything is ok. Satisfied.

The room is not ventilated, old, the staff is not enthusiastic. The shampoo and toothpaste are all fake products on the market.

The room is beautiful, clean, spacious and airy, there is an elevator which is very convenient, the hotel owner is very enthusiastic and happy to support guests wholeheartedly, the hotel has a car rental service, the car runs smoothly. Around there is a 24-hour WinFast supermarket, there are also rice dishes, vermicelli soup, bread, sticky rice, you should try this hotel.

The hotel owner is very cute and friendly, the rooms are also neat and fully equipped. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi again, I will still choose this place.

Booked on June 29th, went out on July 1st, 3:00 p.m. When I check in, the hotel says the room is full because it's being rented out to guests.

Tôi đã đặt 3 đêm và có một trải nghiệm rất tệ tại nơi này. Phòng chưa được dọn dẹp sạch sẽ trước khi cho khách vào. Sau khi yêu cầu thay ga giường xong , phòng vẫn còn mùi hôi và tôi phải đi nơi khác để ngủ. Rất tệ và sẽ Không quay lại lần nào nữa.
