Warning! Stay away from this property and any properties rented by the company "B-HOTEL".
The website stated that the air conditioner and heating were available, but when I actually checked in, I found that it was not working, but no assistance was provided. This is not much different from consumer fraud.

Our family walked into 302 and found that the room was very cold, so we turned on the air conditioning and heating stated on the rental website and adjusted the temperature to 30 degrees.
Since one of the two kids had a cold, we planned to go out to buy medicine and have dinner, thinking the room would be warm in an hour.
After nearly two hours, we returned to the room and found that the room was still cold. I reached out and touched the air outlet of the air conditioner and found that it only supplied air, not heating.
I opened the webpage and saw that the property description stated that heating was provided. In fact, regardless of what the website says about heating or not, I believe that any hotel or rental apartment should provide air conditioning with heating.
That night, the actual temperature in Hiroshima was only 0 degrees, and my daughter, who had a cold, felt very uncomfortable.
(Picture 1) I replied to the email and informed that I decided to change accommodation.
(Picture 2) Confirm whether I have checked out.
Notice! There is no mention of inspections, repairs, alternatives, full or partial refund of rent, or any substantial assistance.
(Picture 3) At this time, I had to comfort my family members who had a cold and were shivering from the cold, while looking for any hotels in Hiroshima where I could check in, and at the same time replying to the email: I put the key back in the box by the door.
Because the last email (Picture 2) from my point of view, they didn't mention any possible assistance, all they cared about was that the keys had been returned even though I had paid the full rent until 2/9. And the contents of the next email confirmed it.
(Picture 4) After everything happened, they just thanked me for returning the key and wished me a wonderful time in Hiroshima.
In 2023, our family has stayed in Japan for 20 nights; in 2024, 50 nights.
But it is my first time to escape from a property, it was also the first time that I had to pay two rents for the same three days.
B-HOTEL gives me the feeling that since the full rent has been received and the keys have been returned, nothing else matters. Wish you a great time, that's all.
