This hotel stay was wonderful! It was way more than what we expected. The location was beautiful. The lobby was beautiful, I loved the colors and decor! So lovely! The staff was wonderful very accomodating. The extra bonus was the managers reception Ron is awesome!!! Definitely say hi and meet him!!! He made the best drinks and it was every night! What a fun extra bonus! Plenty of drinks and finger snacks! The breakfast was delightful! Loved the omlette choices! Rooms were spacious and clean! More than we could ask for. We have stayed at owner fancier more expensive hotels and didn’t get the same service as here!!! Definitely would recommend this to others!

Enjoyed my stay clean, great location.

Overall our stay was great. We felt safe and the facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was tasty. Checkout was a little slow and they attempted to charge for late checkout which is a first for me.

Nice property, good location. Bedroom needs a redesign. Stayed on the one with rounded windows overlooking the bridge. Nice mattress, super CHEAP sheets. Nice breakfast.

The staff was excellent. Very accommodating. We look forward to seeing there again.

Supwr clean from the lobby to the room

I had the absolute best experience staying at Embassy Suites in Mount Pleasant, SC. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely welcome. The hotel was spotless — everything from the lobby to the rooms felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. You can tell they truly care about guest comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect, and the amenities added to the experience in all the right ways. Whether you’re traveling for business, with family, or for a relaxing getaway, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Loved this location and the hotel was very clean & accommodating. We loved the view of the harbor from our room. We had a wonderful stay. Will return.

Friendly staff and clean property

We “upgraded” to a corner room with a “harbor” view. We were placed on the 3rd floor with an obstructed view of the harbor due to surrounding hotels. Also paid over $300/night and still had to pay $30/night for parking in the garage attached to the hotel. Didn’t feel it was worth the upgraded price…
