Don't like the fact that there's no staff on duty for weekend.

I've stayed in other StayAPT locations and by comparison found this one lacking. While the front desk staff member was lovely and helpful, the facility was a bit run down. There were broken and difficult to open exterior doors. There was a giant gouge out of the wall in my unit (and evidence of patches on other walls), the floor was sticky and the bedspread was shabby (though clean) with lots of picks and pulls in the fabric. The quiet hours were not respected, with people yelling and playing extremely loud party music until 3am.

Comfortable and peaceful Room was very clean

Will continue to stay lovely and nice ppl and very attentive to all of your needs you won’t be disappointed

Horrible smell when walking into room bed was also covered in stains that I don’t even want to know what they were do not recommend staying here

Closes to a lot restaurant

My first stay was excellent 3 years ago. But late night you have people in parking lot drinking acting like they are at hangout. You go next door Holiday Inn they did not have that. Made reservation in june instead of getting 2 beds I got I bed and a room for free. Which is ok but I should of received an email or something stating you were going to do this.

AWFUL.z Poor management & maintenance ruins this good potential. If you have special needs they do answer emails or return calls prior to arrival. The front offices close @7pm. If you have issues after that, there is absolutely no recourse. We arrived at around 8pm and it was a bit confusing as we were told we would get a checkin text. We fiddled with the unclear virtual key checkin for a before realizing hours later that there was an earlier text with instructions for a lockbox and physical key checkin. The roomed look close to expected. However, the deadbolt on front door was defective & would not connect. Unsafe. The bathroom door was missing the entire cylinder to the lock & wouldn't close. There were stains in the couch, shower curtain, & wall which also had chips in places. Lightbulbs were missing. Kitchen not fully equipped. Barstool broken. Filthy floors. There were no extra blankets or comforters. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE STAY!!!! No answers to any of our requests for help. Accidentally left a small rug behind---& was told their policy is to assume if you leave something you don't want --not that you foegot it!--- and they throw it away unless jewelry/electronics. What an awful way to treat guests. I'm devastated & don't recommend .

Great stay!

My room counter and floors was dirty, after i sanatized and wiped down everything then mopped the floor, it felt cleaned and smeelled alot better

We went because my son had a baseball tournament in the area. I arrived around 1:00am and the instructions to do the check in were not clear. I ended up calling the emergency phone number and a lady responded and helped to give me my keys but didn’t even showed her face, she extended her hand and through a door and closed the door on my face. The room was clean and the area was clean however, there are barely any utensils in the kitchen, they had 1 fork and 2 spoons, 2 pans with no lids so basically you have a kitchen that you can barely use because they don’t provide what they said it was part of the room. Weed smell everywhere, people outside the property (parking lot) sitting down drinking and smoking weed. Late at night super loud noise of people arguing. This is not a safe place for families to stay at all.

I chose this hotel because it had a kitchen and was in a perfect spot for my business trip and had a lower rate than the hotel next door. It was very spacious and very clean and the hotel itself was pretty quiet. However, it was missing several things that would have made my 3 night stay better. There were no pans so I couldn't use the oven and no dish soap to wash dishes. A roll of paper towels would have been nice as napkins and to cook in the microwave. The first night I had to call the front desk because there was no hot water in the shower and they told me "it's backwards in that room." I just laughed but it worked fine after that. There was only one small bar of soap in the bathroom and the shower dispensers were all empty so I had no shampoo for my entire visit (since I didn't pack any). I would call it a "fine" hotel but would likely spend a few extra dollars and stay someplace else next time.

Its a newly built building. I like the convenience of a full size frig and a stove.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was new, clean and more convenient than a hotel. I arrived after closing (didn't notice the hours when I booked) Akilah reached out by way of text giving me instructions on how to retrieve my key she even sent a picture of its location. I will definitely stay here the next time visit Goldsboro. .

Room size was fantastic. It was very clean & neat. Front desk lady was polite & a very hardworking. Could use some more supplies. A large bowl, a baking pan & more utensils. No one was in the lobby 24/7. We got in late. Our toilet was blocked day 1 & I called the help number & no one answered or called me back. I ended up going out & buying a plunger. Overall we had a great stay. Very comfortable with lots of room.

Poor management

Very nice place and priced right. The staff was greatly helpful in handling two Amazon packages for me. Right off HWY 70 but far enough to be quiet. I did not use the courtyard but it is unique in my travel experience. I only have two gripes. There were no hangers in the closet and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. Otherwise, I recommend this location.
