Shuttle service was very good. the staff were great and most helpful. the whole experience was great. jb

I have stayed at Moxy properties all over the United States and as expected the layout and quality was consistent with this location with the exception of the staff. The staff did their jobs well but they weren't personable or concerned about any issues that came up. Getting service at the front desk or bar area was like pulling teeth.

Our second visit to this Moxy property. Friendly staff, great amenities, clean, comfortable rooms and a great vibe. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Only 1 pillow per bed. Requested additional pillow from housekeeping and front desk, none were delivered.

Check in was a breeze and the attendant was friendly and helpful.

It was not what I expected and for the price I didn't think it was worth it.

The room was cold and the thermostat did not work for the 2 days I stayed. There is no hand creams provided by hotel. The morning of departure to train station I was informed the shuttle ran every 1/2 hour so when it was time to go at 10am , the front desk said the shuttle did not run for the next 1.5 hours and I had to call a taxi … cost $35 euros instead of $5. Breakfast layout was very good.

Staff inexperienced and lacking attention to detail. Moxy was only slightly better than a hostel and a lot more costly. However, breakfast was well done.

Moxy hotels are usually great, however staff here are inattentive, rooms over sold, kitchen out of stock!

Bed was hard as a rock. Restaurant was terrible. Gym didn’t even have treadmills. Definitely the worst Moxy I’ve seen, I’m surprised it’s even part of the brand.

You can get a better value for your money nearby.

Stayed here for my first holiday with my boyfriend and it was amazing. The shuttles are so convenient and the room exceeded expectations! Hotel staff were friendly and we loved the 24 hour pizza! Will definitely stay again when we visit again

The breakfast was great, had many different options to choose from. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. This is a perfect hotel if you don’t want to stay in the middle of the city and don’t mind a short commute to the center.
