No guides for use of TV, alarm clock, lighting, or card entry. We would certainly stay again. Bedside table/lamp required on BOTH sides of the bed for 1bed/2 people. Excellent breakfast.

Good service, beautiful room. The only negative point was the water pression in the shower!

I had an event in Toronto and I realized that for me to go to event that I would not be able to be back in time for 11:00 am check out. Travelling with 3 yr old grandson and great grandmother obi asked for an extended check out time. The desk refused and I proceeded to request for a day room to which I was informed that was not possible. I had to pay for an extra night so I can meet my obligations. I finished and I checked out at 1:30 pm and still the hotel charged me for an extra day . I will never stay at another microtel facility. Ran out of toilet paper!😖😖

My only issue was I ordered Chinese food, which did not come with any utensils. I called the front desk for utensils and never received them. Other than that. The property was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at the microtel hotel was a beautiful stress free stay. Everything from gas to food and areanas were 3 to 5 min away. 5 min to 401. Staff were curtious and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary and was delicious Absolutely would recommend to anyone that wanted a clean well kept hotel aswell as the pool area beautiful , with a SLIDE. 10 STARS!! Thank you.

Staff was outstanding. From the welcome to helping with services and amenities, as well as accommodating a late checkout. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay but nothing special.

Really enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast had options from hot food to fruit, cereal and yogurt. Not expansive but good. The standout for me were the staff. They were all very personable and so helpful! Great job!

Great clean place and helpful staff. Comfortable and safe location. Great easy parking. Pool area is awesome.

Some fruit in the morning breakfasts would be great.
