There were just a number of things that were wrong...very torn shower curtain, blocked sink drain, failure to resupply TP and shower gel, just to name a few.

Nice budget hotel with great added features of a pool and a gym. Breakfast was standard budget hotel fare. The staff are very friendly and helpful, a definite upgrade compared to many budget hotels. If I was travelling with kids, the pool and water slide would have been a great perk.

Stay was overall good, room was fine. Room was a bit tight to move around but fit our needs. The slide in the pool was not available during our stay due to limited hours and staffing. There was no signs other than a lock on the slide stairs. Asked staff about it, they said they’d try to open it up, but never did.

Attentive front desk. Check in was fast.

my girlfriend didnt end up staying the night she said the sheets were dirty and there was a leak in the washroom. i had to book another hotel, which is Holiday Inn just so she felt comfortable.i wish i could get my money back and i also have picture of the room.i need a refund

Excellent staff, breakfast comes with the reservation, super clean rooms, close to shopping (winners next door, Wal-Mart, dollar store, many restaurants a walking distance). I've stayed at this hotel 3 times and wouldn't stay anywhere else

Our room had the side table of the bed ripped out of the wall, it was very warm despite adjusting the thermostat, and we were on the main floor, so a bit noisy. On the plus side, it was reasonably priced and convenient to the highway, restaurants etc,. So not luxurious by any means but it was adquate for our needs.
