Breakfast wasn’t stocked, no coffee and no one around to help

Good hotel between the airport and the Tahoe resorts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are well laid-out and comfortable. No noise issues. There is plenty of parking outside and some restaurants within walking distance. My only suggestion would be to add more fruit and vegetables options at breakfast.

It was a great stay, they upgraded me to a 3 bedroom suite.

Bathroom had hairs

All front desk staff were courteous, accommodating, and professional. We had a great stay, very close to the Carson Hot Springs.

Everything was good

Room was dirty staff was rude. Front desk staff were the only nice staff that we dealt with. When we were eating breakfast staff was calling all staff vulgar names in front of us and blatantly rude when telling them they were out of orange juice. We will never stay there which is unfortunate because we go there every few months to visit family and it was recommended

Our only complaint would be the low flow shower head. Our showers left us cold and frustrated because of the lack of hot water

Booked a room for one of my technicians and the front desk couldn't find the credit card authorization for incidentals I had filled out and submitted the day before Not very well-trained staff here

We had a wonderful experience staying at Staybridge. Its very clean and comfortable place to stay. On the contrary, the breakfast crew and housekeeping was rude and unfriendly. The lady at breakfast station was so mad that she was literally clattering things while putting them. We had to ask so many times for bread. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

The check in associate was very nice and professional. First we were checked into a dirty room, the AGM didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Breakfast looked like trash they couldn't even fully take off the plastic wrap from the bowls with yogurt and boiled eggs. Nothing was filled, empty condiments, no plates/ bowls, bread box looked a mess. Food quality looked poor, we didn't feel comfortable eating the food put out.

Very underwhelming place to stay. Breakfast service was terrible, no plates either of the days, most of the options (bread/bagles/hot choices) were over 90 mins before the time. Overall the service staff’s attitude was very unwelcoming.

We have stayed here several times and are never disappointed.
