The service is not friendly, does not help customers, makes it very difficult to pay taxes.

Good. I recommend it to anyone who travels alone. It's economical, comfortable, and the towels are changed every day. The amenities are complete.

Need. A visa card or ePayment to pay city tax 200 Yen every one night stay, visa card reader was take bit longer time, when the booking ID is not found just call front desk on the check in screen。check out staff on January 5 2023 was unfriendly, may be busy during that time, we just need explanation about tax payment cause once check out we need to return the key even extended.

The hotel is hygiene. They change your bed sheet, pyjama, towels everyday. Bathroom very clean and they provide hair dryer. Very recommended especially if you are a solo traveller.

Just fabulous. Fabulous much. Clean and efficient. Just what I need.
