I stayed in a room for 4 and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean and cosy it was. The hotel isn’t close to the sightseeing areas, but it’s conveniently located near a metro station making it easy to get around. The welcome drinks were a nice touch and made me feel welcomed. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great hotel, Good distance from different metro stops , so getting in and out of the city never felt like a big deal. The room good and bathroom was well equipped. There was always a nice feeling about the hotel and the staff are a credit to this hotel. All of them were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The roof terrace and pool are just a jem and the perfect place to retreat after a long day around the city. Although small it felt like a hidden retreat. Honestly this hotel is a credit to chain.

Great location, nice room, helpful staff

Staff were very helpful with our requests, we loved the rooftop pool and deck. Staff also provided a great suggestion for dinner at a neighborhood restaurant.

Staff amazing and super helpful - we arrived very late (5am) due to the power outage and a redirected flight, but the guys were there to check us in and make us a cuppa!!! Super modern and unique lobby area - we really liked it. Pool on the roof was a bit of fun. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, note get down for breakfast early as it gets quite busy after 9am. Location great, just a short uber ride to the main tourist areas in Lisbon city, I think the underground is nearby but we didn't use it. Room was clean and modern. Would highly recommend to all sorts of visitors...

Room is comfortable, clean, and quiet; just the AC was noisy on the last night. Breakfast could be better; horrible coffee and poor dinner options. The staff is good, but don't expect a warm welcome. The location is very good.

The hotel was spot on for us, rooms were good and really well soundproofed best for cutting out internal/external noise I have had. Reception/bar/break out area really workednand the kids loved it. Breakfast for 13 euros was incredible value and all fresh and good produce. I have seen reviews saying it's to far from the tourist centres, but it is literally an 8 minute walk to the metro and a couple of stops literally 5 minutes into Bxia Chiado so was ok for us. Metro is cheap and efficient.
