Nice hotel located just in front of the train station. Good restaurant. Nice and friendly stuff. Public paid parking nearby.

Very hard to park car for unloading, signage lacking.

Exactly what you want of a business place: clean, professional, and super convenient to get to Geneva by train. And way better food options around than in Geneva!

The entire staff was excellent. I wish they offered an earlier dinner time if I were to come again , say about 5 pm.

Stayed as a stop over back from Italy. Hotel is nice, modern and clean with friendly staff. Hotel has no parking and not easy to unload without blocking bus lanes. Location doesn’t feel particularly nice. We were advised not to park in the adjacent open car park but the train stations multi-storey. Didn’t feel much safer. There was a chap worse for wear lying in the doorway of the car park lift with a hospital tag on his wrist. Ate in the restaurant for dinner and menu was limited but food very good. Breakfast a bit cramped and limited food. Would probably not stay again due to the parking and location.

Hotel is very nice and right next to the train station. Lots of construction in area when we stayed which made navigation tricky, but I'm sure this isn't always an issue.

20 mins train ride to Geneva . Located right across the train station. Rooms are small . Toilet is in a separate room and shower and sink in the other !!!

right next to metro station parking is little bit tricky but can work around.

I actually did not realize that this hotel is located in France rather than Switzerland until I noticed that my Swiss SIM card did not work. The hotel is new, modern and well furnished. The standard room is not big. The restaurant is good and very reasonably priced. It is right at the train station, from where it was about 20 minutes ride to Geneva. If you have Swiss Travel Pass, you need to buy an additional supplement fee for about 2euro one way to take the train.

Very convenient for the SNCF station and trains to Geneva including the airport. Room was very small and quite noisy.

The hotel is just opposite the train station. Breakfast is very good. The staff are very accommodating esp. Paula, Lizbeth, Maureen and Jen. Don't know the other young lady's name in reception. Will recommend as great proximity to explore some places in Switzerland and France but Annemasse is work in progress - nothing to see. Comfortable bed. Our room tidied up everyday. Aircon is off during our stay so we have to open the window all the time hence we would hear all the noise from the outside. Don't know what month the hotel's aircon would be turned on. Minor problems in the room solved right away but the shallow shower tray is a problem as we would always put towels to prevent the water sipping through the carpet. We were in room 618 overlooking parking lot.

Great location: extremely convenient connections to Geneva with all the necessary amenities in the hotel and surrounding neighborhood.

I love this property. Geneva is crazy expensive, and Annemasse—while a bit less glamorous than Geneva—is great! Cheaper food in the area and relatively easy access directly into town. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Just rush hour commutes can be a bit squeezed in the train.
