Location was a little out of the way but close to transport. Variety of breakfast foods. Apparently the hot water cannot go hotter than it was and for us it was lukewarm in the shower which was annoying because we stayed during winter. We were given an accessible room due to unavailability of another room which was fun except for the face that the toilet would keep flushing whenever we went in the bathroom.

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice.

Cleanliness was good. Staff was outstanding.

The room was comfortable the breakfast was good. They allowed us to check in early. We were only here for one night but we enjoyed it. Had to put my insulin in the refrigerator at the lobby behind the front desk. They got it for me when I needed it. Metro was close.

Breakfast great. Room was in good condition but it was missing some cleaning in some areas and mirrors. And you have to request for the room to be cleaned, which is a bit annoying. They could do every 2 days or smthg like that. Location is a bit far but is well connected with transport (underground) so that's not a problem. Staff was very helpful and very kind all the time.

No the AC was to cool and no heater?

Approximately 4kms to the inner city attractions but the walk is easy. Streets are marked.very close to the amusement park.Breakfast included is very good.Staff are friendly and accomodating.Rooms are big and clean and has all the basic amenities

Location felt unsafe

The hotel is excellent for anybody who wants to enjoy Vienna and also work. I’m impressed with the crew at the kitchen during the breakfast in the morning. They do an incredible excellent job. The staff at the front desk are also very professional very helpful in every sense.

Staff were very helpful, lovely, clean room. Choices at breakfast were excellent. Only downside was that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, but due to the location of the hotel, there were lots of other places to eat around.
