This apartment is very small. The bed is against the wall and the person sleeping next to the window has to clamber over the other person to get out. The kitchen has a hob only, not an oven. The wet room is good. All in all, basic but adequate and clean

This is a very nice apartment in an excellent location. It was snowing and raining during our visit so it was great to have the kitchenette to have soup and warm drinks in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ålesund—the hotel is in a fantastic, central location that made it easy to explore the area on foot. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. However, the biggest downside was the noise at night. There’s a bar just around the corner, and we could hear people coming and going at all hours. Unfortunately, it made for a less restful sleep than we had hoped. If you’re someone who prioritizes location and doesn’t mind a bit of nightlife noise, this hotel is a great choice. But if a quiet night’s sleep is important to you, it’s something to consider.

Location excellent. Modern clean and everything we needed. We enjoyed the roof top deck with a view of the city. If we return I would get a larger room with access to both sides of the bed Highly recommend

In our 2 wonderful week's time in Norway, this was by far the worst stay experience. We booked for 3 guests, specifically for the washer/dryer amenity as we knew we'd need to do a load of laundry for the remainder of our trip, and the place and location looked nice. Expedia's description states that an email would be sent 24 hours prior to self check-in. The apartments messaged right after booking, stating they would send an email with check-in instructions within 1 hour prior to check-in. We did NOT receive any email within the hour prior to check-in, nor at any time, with check-in instructions. We stood on the street corner, after the stated check-in time, messaging the hotel - which we received no response, then contacting Expedia for support. Since it took some time, we walked to a nearby cafe with all our luggage . Expedia was able to reach the apartments, and they said they had text us the access code to the apartments, but I NEVER received any text from them. I don't understand why they didn't email the instructions as they said they would. Very, very frustrating. We finally received a message from the hotel via Expedia with access code about 45 minutes after check-in time. We dropped off our bags in a hurry so we could explore Alesund, returning late in the evening. By then we realized there was no laundry soap, no directions on how to use the washer/dryer combo, no extra blanket, pillow, and towel for my child. Completely ruined our Alesund experience.

We loved this modern apartment and wouldn't change anything with our stay in Alesund.

The place is small but excellent location. The significant negative was the communication- that was not existing- contact via Expedia and no answers what so ever. Moreover their website got hacked and we were constantly getting messages and emails that we need to pay- apparently spams - but when co ta ting the property - no answer.

I like the location. There were shops and restaurants. The property is good. We rented a 2 room apartment. The maid was helpful. We were lucky that she was there when we arrived. I was glad there was a washer. But it took so long to wash and dry a load. I wished they gave us more towels. The towels were very thin.

Very comfortable and within walking distance to all attractions. Highly recommend

This was a great location. It’s close to everything and the staff is great. They let us check in early and check out late last minute. They were so accommodating to us and our little kids. Highly recommend this place.

Great for one night stay in Alesund - not too far from the center : 10 minutes walk and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to airport !

The location is very good. Clean and have everything we want. The owner is very nice. It was a good time staying there.

Our stay was very inconvenient and miserable as the bed room was very very small and bed is placed under a staircase. Roof had exposed pipelines running. Also the apartment was not even close to what is been advertised. In a word it ruined our stay.

The best stay in Norway. The property manager is very helpful and arranged the best option for us. The buildings are beautiful in Ålesund, and the people showed kindness to us and it is very much appreciated!
