Perfect room and excellent service.

Excellent stay, rooms are spacious and very clean, access to the tram system was easy as stop is right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room is clean, basic amenities are available. Check in was easy and quick. Bed is quite small for 2 people and I wish there were more pillows. The room has fridge, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Good location too

Overall friendly service. I do not find the bird sounds appealing after a couple of days of stay. The room and the facility is too hot but I guess that’s how things are in Europe.

hotel located outside the city centre easily accessible by train or tram. The Room was clean and spacious. Didn’t take the breakfast but plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby.

The room was spotless, perfectly matched the photos, and comfortably warm. The overall comfort was exceptional, and unlike many European hotels, they were generous with amenities — especially the free coffee machine in the lobby, which was a real plus. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. It was an excellent stay, and whenever I come to Vienna, this hotel will definitely be my first choice

Loved the room with the balcony overlooking the street. Great location for acquiring transportation right at your front door with the trams and traveling to the underground subway system. Grocery store called SPAR closeby. Staff was so helpful especially MARI who took the time to sit down with me and book my train tickets back to the airport and she even wrote down the stops for me so I wouldn’t get lost. I would highly recommend Rioca Posto 1 with its cool Brazilian vibe and amazing staff!!

Gorgeous hotel! We loved our stay at Rioca. Although the kitchen isn’t overly stocked with utensils (eg only 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc.), it had everything we needed. The very beautiful room, the hotel’s unique decor, laundry facilities and free teas and coffees were just some of our favourite things. The location is also great for tram access and is in close proximity to a few different grocery stores and rental bikes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would strongly recommend the Rioca to anyone staying in Vienna, thank you for the amazing stay!

Loved the ambience, decor, attention to detail, consistent theme and free coffee all day. Had difficulty sleeping as it was a heatwave and our room only had a cooler but not airconditioning

Good service and comfortable

We checked 3 rooms on different floors and all of the rooms were in the same condition. Dirty (stained bedding and towels, smeared walls), smelled like chemicals and we saw silver type bugs on the walls. We were shocked as the hotel has really good reviews. We arrived at 9pm so unfortunately we had to stay for the night but the manager was kind enough to refund us the next 2 nights we had booked.

Me and my boyfriend both really enjoyed our stay. Lucas and the other staff were very friendly and even changed our rooms on request without any issues. Room was spacious, and had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen to cook meals if wanted. We decided to try the breakfast out on the last day and it was delicious, I’m from Rio but live in London and it was great to eat some food from home! Would definitely stay there again! We also had some caipirinha on the rooftop for the sunset and it was great. The complimentary mate was really good and available most of the time. Location was also good, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so very easy to get to the centre! Would definitely recommend
