Don’t really need to be charged any deposit!! It’s not necessary!!

Nice hotel.

It was a very nice place. Pool was a little cold.

We’ve chosen tru for the decor cleanliness however VERY disappointed with the change in breakfast for example the yogurt machine Horrible if this the direction Tru has opted please then sell the individual cups include dairy free the pancake machine another disappointment the pancakes are not warm perhaps neater but not appetizing at least the bagels and oatmeal has not changed in addition please have dairy free creamer available thank you for the tea and honey available especially at night much appreciated other than these concerns the hotel is very GOOD please insure that ALL of your sites have the same options thank you

First time staying here and I must say...this is a top notch establishment. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable accommodations...just a great experience. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying with you folks again. Can't compliment the hotel enough. Great experience.

Room was spacious.Beds are very comfortable.Big TV.Great breakfast.I like having a noon check out.Why no coffee maker or microwave?? Other than that everything was awesome.

Great stay and convenient to Hershey park without the expensive price tag

The hotel was clean and modern. I didn’t like the very small indoor pool.

Front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The place was clean and up to date with design etc. I love the fact that they have a (cash) snack bar by the front desk. I was highly disappointed with our room size thought . We had a king size bed in a 12x 10 ft room. They also have tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7 at no charge. The coffee was surprisingly tasty. I checked in Saturday and left Monday but housekeeping didn’t come to clean either days or take out garbage. That’s the only thing on the down side. Free breakfast in the morning from 7am to 10 am which is yogurt machine, pancake machine (with different toppings ) , bagel/toast , carton scrambled eggs, boil egg, sausage and a choice of apple or oranges there were also apple juice, cranberry juice or orange juice. Parking was also free and lots available. Not much stores around. Except for Dollar General.
