It is a great hotel and I would stay again :)

Across the hall, People leaving their dog in the room and was barking for hours. The 3rd floor is was supposed to be pet free. Call the front desk and they just let the people have their dog in attended. I feel the hotel didn’t care about an animal unattended. It should be clear to guest with pets not to leave them alone. Didn’t appreciate parents let their kids running and screaming in the hallways, like it was a playground. Also one of those kids pulled the fire alarm first night we’re there. Enjoyed everything else about the stay tho. Room was amazing. Easy parking. I’d say friendly staff. But I didn’t like how they didn’t care about an unattended dog in another guest’s room.

Slow check in. Had to be seated to wait for our room to be ‘checked’. Clean bedrooms. Nice beds. I’d stay again

Had a very good stay clen quiet and staff was awesome and respectful! For my first time staying inwill definitely stay again and recommend to others to stay as well

Staff were wonderful, room was super clean, breakfast was good. Pool was great but they have specific hours for the slide that I’ve never seen in a hotel before, and they’re awful hours. Hot tub is good but no power to the jets. All in all a very good sleep though and we would stay again.

Great affordable place to stay

Nice hote and brand new , clean . However , I specifically requested a quiet room, yet I was placed on a floor with children who were extremely loud and screaming until 11 p.m. on my second night, despite having an early start the following morning for work. While the first night was relatively quiet, the second night was significantly disrupted by constant noise and disturbances. I find it quite disappointing that a request for a quiet environment—particularly during a business trip—was not taken into consideration. Rest and sleep are essential when traveling for work, and this experience did not meet those expectations. When I raised the issue with the staff the following day, I received apologies, but no gesture of goodwill such as a partial refund or any form of compensation was offered. Overall, I am disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and breakfast was great

I loved the security with the needing room card to go up in the elevators. Although perhaps the stairs should have those too? The hot tub seems to need some maintenance, the jets were kind of weak and the water level was kind of low. Breakfast buffet was excellent! The room was excellent! Customer service was excellent. Loved the machine for coffee/hot chocolate/hot water for tea. I’d definitely stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast is nice with lots of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a nice pool and hot tub! And an huge parking lot. Altogether a great stay.

Very nice clean room, breakfast is usually 1/2 empty, stayed for 3 nights, lots of parking and coffee machines are nice in lobby. Staff was great.

When I first entered the room, there was a bad smell. They brought up deodorizing spray and a fan very quickly
