We love to stay here ,nice and comfortable place to stay ,recommended for gjis place

It is a perfect place for a family trip, the room has all the basic amenities. And I want to highlight the exceptional communication, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Thank you .

The place itself was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable. Sophia greeted us and helped us check in (and gave us directions to downtown, as well as organized our airport taxi for us- she was wonderful!). The couch was most uncomfortable (but we didn’t need it). The communication was non- existent; I sent several messages the days prior with some questions, and never got a single response. I also never got the code to actually enter the building. After waiting outside of the building for a while, Sophia happened to see us and let us in. She then helped us with the automated (on a touchscreen screen) check-in process. If it wasn’t for Sophia happening to come by when she did, I really don’t know how we would have been able to get in. The place really needs to work on their communication- it was a very unsettling experience overall, until we ran into Sophia.

Lovely room just what we needed for the night. We enjoyed the planes going overhead too!

Wasn’t sure when we first arrived but it was excellent. We returned for two more stays over two weeks.

Good apartment about 25 mins by Uber to downtown. If travelling by metro 2 lines to get there, similar timeframe including the walk. Probably would try to stay closer if you want city action. It’s a long walk uphill from the city take an Uber €5-8

The room met my needs. And management got me a comforter when I wrote that I was cold.

The staff were nice but it was not the cleanest place. There was mold in the showers.

The property is in excellent condition and in a perfect location…I love it

The property itself was very good, clean, comfortable and well located. It is however directly in the flight path, so there are landing planes every few minutes roaring over head late into the night and starting again at 5:30 am making good sleep difficult. I was on the top floor making it worse. I was in Lisbon for work for a week, so consistently disrupted sleep was an issue. Otherwise very nice property

Cleaning service was excellent but the parquet floor was covered in really bad scratch marks

Exceptional value for money and highly recommended.

We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work and we emailed them but never received a response. At least we finally figured out how to get it working. There were small bugs on the floor, and it was noisy through the night, it wasn’t soundproofed and we heard a dog barking the entire night, as well as airplanes as we were near the airport. Decent coffee nearby but very little else in terms of groceries or restaurants.

Very good price for the style of apartment. when i return to lisbon i will definitely stay here again

Only issue was not being sent a reservation code so unable to check in online.

Very clean but unfortunately very noisy - aeroplanes starting and landing all the time.
