The staff, especially Kat at the front desk, was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. She was one of the best receptionists I've encountered in a long time. Additionally, the overnight staff member (a gentleman whose name i unfortunately forgot) was very pleasant and professional. Their excellent service made a positive impression. What I didn't like: One of the female staff members was rude, which was disappointing compared to the great service from Kat and the overnight staff. The biggest issue, however, was that the property is pet-friendly, but there seemed to be no enforcement of rules for pet owners. Dogs were barking throughout the night, making it impossible to ger proper rest. Overall Experience: While I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of some staff members, I would not stay at this hotel again or at any hotel that is pet-friendly unless they implement better policies to ensure a quiet and restful stay for all guests.

Room was noisy after 10, neighbors seemed to be having a good time. The only other problem was we couldn’t control the room temperature. It was hot when we got here, we got the thermostat set to 68 and it was freezing in here overnight.

My hubby and i love KC and we love this property. Although we may have slight problems Toby and staff always find solutions. Again Thank you for being amazing!

Front desk told me breakfast items were available for purchase until 10 but was until 9:30 on weekdays when I was waking up there. 4 people staying but only 2 towels.

Always a nice stay at Aloft in NKC. Great location. Safe parking. The staff is always professional. We had a leaking shower door and they moved us right away, hassle free. We even got 1,000 rewards points for our inconvenience. We absolutely love the little bar they have and outdoor fire pits at night are a nice touch. Our go-to hotel in KC!

My go to stay when I visit my daughter in Kansas City. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. All around nice atmosphere

Perfect hotel for weekend get away, weather you are out in the city all day and just want a comfortable, clean, and modern place to sleep or if you just eant to enjoy a stay at a hotel to get out of the house ! It has it all at a great cost !
