Amazing Hotel , extremely clean , staff go above and beyond for you . So close to everything

Great location with amazing views from rooftop. Food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant was very good. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Room was quiet sheets on the bed were poor quality and pretty rough. Shower door at the bottom was very dirty. The worst thing at this hotel was they limit the A/C temp to 22 Celsius. Could not sleep the first night. A fan was brought in for the next 3 nights which helped some but still had trouble sleeping. The minibar was complimentary but they never replenished it. Not sure if they were supposed to or not. Probably would not stay here again due to the temperature and bed being uncomfortable (mattress and sheets very uncomfortable). The room was spacious though.

Noisy but good downtown location

Centrally located and with excellent facilities (especially the roof top pool and high quality restaurant), and helpful staff. Easy (if sometimes steep) access to lots of historic sites and restaurants and an excellent bus service to other places. If you like the ‘bustling city’ vibe this is for you, however as we’re from the country and ‘getting on’, the busyness became tiring after a few days, not helped on one or two nights by some very loud music and football celebrations that lasted into the small hours! Having said that we met some very helpful and friendly locals.

Wonderful hotel and it’s spotless. The evening menu was limited as salads finished at 6pm and tables must be booked for refreshments and meals, even for residents. Once we knew the system it was manageable due to brilliant staff.

Well maintained property

Very accommodating staff lovely Jacuzzi room with veranda and excellent view of some of Mt Carmel Catherine, I wish they had slightly brighter LED bulbs in room with grey and black in side some light would help participate a bright stand lamp or desk lamp next to the mirror roof top restaurant is lovely

We spent 3 days celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great and the rooftop bar too.

The hotel was excellent - the staff (reception/bar/pool) are all so helpful and made our stay so easy - making a room available to us to shower on the day we checked out as our flight was so late in the day meant we could use the lovely pool on our last afternoon. Food and drink all very good. Location is perfect right in the centre of Valetta - wouldn't hesitate in going back.

This is such a great hotel! The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional! Great location in Valletta makes it so easy to walk and explore the old city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop is of course such a great place for breakfast. Food and service are fantastic and the view is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived to a very friendly welcome and an arrival drink. Our room was beautifully clean and fitted out really well and a street view with a balcony, no chairs on it though. Position of the hotel was perfect to access numerous restaurants and bars and to get to public transport too. There is a restaurant/bar on the roof however there is limited space so maybe worth booking if you wish to visit as it seemed popular with non residents. There is also a pool which is small but perfect to cool off in after a day of sightseeing.

The menu was fantastic. The staff were very helpful with great advice for restaurants and helping make dinner reservations. The only negative comment was that the room didn’t cool off until we complained and then the front desk turned on the ac

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the Embassy Hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice apart from a smell of drains, which I relayed to the receptionist. I expect something will be done about the smell. Otherwise, I would definitely stay in the Hotel again.

An amazing hotel with super friendly staff who make you feel very welcome and part of the family. Rooms are a good size with super comfortable beds ensuring you have a great nights sleep. Our shower struggled to get a continuous stream of hot water which was a surprise especially when the cold water came through! The breakfast on the top floor is fabulous with a great range of food and drinks. The views across Valletta are stunning. Whilst not advertised, you have to book a table for drinks in the evening with each slot lasting about an hour.

Customer Experience - Alexandra was excellent and went beyond to help. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved very well/quickly and got restaurant reservation / booking every night. The rooftop restaurant has the best view of Valletta and again the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool amazing and sun deck brilliant. Final thank you to night shift guy very friendly and hepfull.

Awesome hotel with with very friendly staff

This was the very best hotel staff service I’ve ever experienced. Every single worker was pleasant, happy to do their job and very courteous and couldn’t be helpful enough. They were wonderful and I will definitely go back and hopefully bring my entire family. I will also make recommendations to this hotel. 5-Star!!! Outstanding!!! Highly Recommended!!!
