It was all very good. Clean and very pleasant staff. Location may be a bit far for the action but nice and quiet. Lovely sunset at the pool.

Spleased with our stay. The pool is lovely, but there's no place to lounge, which was a little disappointing. My room needed better window shades because the outside motion detector light in the hotel would go off every time someone walked to their room, which would wake me up. Overall, very happy with our short stay.

Really clean and modern. Although staff arent always present the key codes which they text you work fine. Right next to the a nice cafe for breakfast

Very nice staff clean and functional hotel for short stays

booked at stay as I had a late flight out of Menorca, the hotel is perfectly adequate, but at least 30min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. I found it strange there is minimal staff on site and all correspondence is done by what's app giving entry codes to the front door and room door. No lounge area available only a few tables and chairs and a microwave. with no catering facilities coffee and tea making in the room (or at least a station in reception ) would be nice. the swimming pool is on the roof with no opportunity to relax around the pool as no space for pool beds. oh and my rainforest shower was broken and most the water came out the side, too late at night to repair for my stay, but no offer of compensation for which wasnt a cheap room by any means.

Extremely clean. No check in required, as it is just automatic with pin codes - quite useful when we were getting in late...however I found the lack of ANY reception staff disconcerting. There were a few marks on the ceiling in the bathroom that looked like it needs a little refurbishment, but overall very tidy and clean and a great shower.

Short stay. Arrived one day and left the next one early in the morning. It was clean, comfortable and the swimming pool in the rooftop terrace very nice to use before going on a very hot walk in Mahon. Not located in the city but close enough to the port to go by foot. Needed help to order a taxi to the airport as they wouldn’t answer in the taxi company and they immediately answered and ordered it for us.

Great place to stay. Well located and very clean. Pool was not working the first days and that was a pity

Très bien placé pour allez en ville et rester près de l'aéroport... Prestation très bien pensée: réception, bar, salle de petit déjeuner et petite piscine sur le toit... disponibilité, amabilité et professionnalisme viennent agréablement conclure notre séjour. Bravo

Personnel très sympathique. Piscine agréable. Arret de Bus pratique en face de l'Hôtel. Possibilité de balades accessibles facilement. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit pour être sur Mahon et pouvoir aller à l’aéroport le lendemain matin. Très pratique hôtel accessible depuis la gare routière de Mahon en 30 minutes à pied ou bus 02 en 10 mn (Arrêt Son Vilar) Ligne 10 pour l’aéroport au départ de la gare routière Chambre confortable,personnel accueillant.

Este hotel esta bien ubicado, pero no recomiendo para nada su reserva, si tienes la suerte de no tener ningun problema es un hotel mas, no destaca especialmente, pero si tienes algun problema, no esperes ayuda, personal amable, pero eso no te va a ayudar. No merece la pena pagar algo menos por arriesgar mas. Busca otro.

el personal es encantador, las habitaciones si todas son como la nuestra que fuimos tres están genial y la piscina en la cubierta estuvo genial. Las demás estancias comunes están actualizándolas, así que estarán nuevas a no tardar mucho

Chambre à l'arrière au calme, confortable, propre et agréable. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Un peu excentré, mais Mahon et Es Castell sont accessibles à pied. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
