Beautifully clean, everything I needed was there; coffee, tea, kettle, microwave, fridge, clean dishes and plenty of space. The bath was a brilliant surprise and it was wonderful. The lock box at the door was great, easy to use and so convenient.

No office to go to for assistance! No signs anywhere! We could NOT even get to our room (which we eventually found ) as there were 35 to 40 steps up to it! (the whole reason I requested a room with walk in shower on the ground floor!) Will not recommend this to anybody ever!

Air conditioning did not work properly, no soap provided. A table suitable for eating from, would be welcome as well as a chair

The room was better than I expected.

Great place to stay. A little attention to detail in room cleanliness is needed. Fridge & kettle could be cleaner. Comfortable bed. Spa extremely noisy. I would stay again.

Stayed in the hotel for a night only on our way to Perth. Suited us to a tee, the room was comfortable and restaurant was close

Trouble trying to open the lock key -- no instuctions. No soap or body wash. Very untidy outsde.

The room was fabulous & air conditioning worked well, the pool looked amazing BUT not in use & hasn't been in a long time. Management was poor, asked for a ground floor room, told it was booked out, but it wasn't!! Had a large group of folk move in to the room next door (12) & text management - no reply!!

Lovely place to stay!

Perfect overnight stay - no fuss, ample parking and restaurant close by. Will stay there again. Walk to all attractions in York.

The room itself is getting tired, you must clean your cups and cutlery out risk a $50 fee forever they're is no where to clean then except the toilet sink and no dishwashing liquid. So cleaning is either water or water and hair shampoo, the cups i grabbed needed to be cleaned so you can only imagine what others are doing Tired and won't go back

Lovely clean complex. Great value for money. Room spacious, with everything you need and beautifully furnished. We felt very at home.
