Nice clean room, good breakfast and staff

Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. On-site breakfast was great.

The key card system was down and so staff had to escort us to our room x 3. Everything was operational by the time we returned from dinner. Staff was apologetic but it was a pain.

I've stayed in more than 500 hotel rooms over my many years travelling and this is certainly one of the finest that I have had. Kudos to the management for this experience!

Staff are very attentive to us. We have stayed at this hotel many times over a number of years with our dogs while visiting family in Hamilton. Definitely our favorite place to stay. Room is always clean and breakfast fits our needs. Handy to have Shoeless Joe's right across the parking lot.

Great place across the parking lot from shoeless Joe's

cleaning staff did not clean rooms. just made bed. stayed for two whole weeks and had the same sheets the whole time. did not have garbages cleaned every other day (more like every 4 days). are not inclusive for people of all tax brackets, they expect you to use only credit for your stay and overcharge your card if you do not have a high enough credit limit.

Lovely hotels. Very clean lobby. Helpful staff. Check in was easy. Room was very large with full fridge, stove top and microwave. Would recommend !

The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. The gym equipment was a little lacking, but everything was in good condition and working. The breakfast was excellent. So often, we are unable to find a healthy alternative to much of the instant junk food hotels provide...The Townplace did have healthy choices.
