I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was!!! From check in, to check out. We arrived it took literally 2 minutes for them to hand us our keys, and the front desk receptionist was an absolute sweetheart. Rooms were very clean, loved the roomy shower and bathroom, and their parking lot was clean and safe. Breakfast was also good The one thing though I must brag about I unfortunately had a women issue around midnight, and went downstairs hoping their little gift shop had feminine products, luckily they did and the gentleman that was working was so sweet, he gave me the box for free! 10/10 recommend, and if ever coming through fort smith, this will be hotel destination.

Night attendant was UNABLE or Unqualified to stop the disrespectful party in the room above mine that lasted until 1:45 AM..... Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review.

The staff was friendly and very courteous especially Kaitlyn the night manager who went the extra mile to make sure my elderly parents were comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean facility and beds very comfortable. Keep up the great work Holiday inn Express Fort Smith airport.

Our stay was excellent. Very nice accommodations. We will stay again.

The property was very clean, and had polite staff. My only complaints are that I could hear every step of the people in the room above me. My other complaint was the breakfast. While it had a variety of options, it just didn’t taste “right”. Strange aftertaste, and watery orange juice. I would still stay here and just consider that going forward. The room was very nice!

The hotel has been updated. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety and was good. Staff was friendly . I enjoyed my stay.

The girls at the front desk were so nice. Breakfast was very good. The ladies cleaning up were very nice too.

Property was clean, room was clean, convenient location and affordably priced.

Traveling for a medical procedure for my dad so we needed a place with space, clean and comfortable and this was perfect! All the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe in the area, lots of places to eat or shop close by. Excellent hotel!

The property was clean, the staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. We were on the 3rd floor and all we could hear were the people above and beside us. Didn't sleep very well. Because it sounded like a heard of elephants.

The property is clean and updated, staff is so friendly and beds are very comfortable.
