Very convenient location, close to Zócalo and turism attractions.

This hotel was perfect. One block from Zocalo, there are bakery, restaurants, and shopping very close. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up as well. Also, this hotel had breakfast items and are open for about 4 hours. The staff attending to the food was great about restocking, keeping things clean, and most of friendly. I will definitely go back.

Excelent locatio !

Location. Is a 5 star location, just two minutes from zocalo. The TV was good in the room, the breakfast area was very good, including the food. Coffee, hot water for tea and Hot Chocolate 24/7 However the rooms are small. Was no liquid soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Friendly staff, safe area even if do not looks like.

My room was practically new good bath, bed. It might be hot during the summer months if you dont have a room with a/c

It's hard to reach by car to the hotel entrance. The hotel.entramce is on the back of a restaurant so it smels bad around. But once you entre everything is ok. Comparing the staff at the Centro branch they are a bit colder but still good. And about the smell outside I don't think they can do anything about it because it's not their fault. Still a great location though

Friendly, clean, excellent customer service, location, and great breakfast. Arela and Yamile did great keeping every pan and food container filled and heated and trays with freshly cut fruit. Coffee was great!!! My only suggestion would be to check the mattresses., our was a little bit too hard. Maybe get them a little softer.
