Nice rooms and staff, walking distance to ASU, shops and restaurants.

Had to pay an additional $16 per night for parking. Would not have selected this hotel if I had caught that.

I like that it was near the stadium we needed to be at. However the pool was not kept, I’m a certified pool tech and I can tell the pool was not serviced in a long while. It was very murky. Also the breakfast bar was subpar. Wasn’t as nice as it looked in the picture when I booked. Lastly there was a sewer smell coming from drains in our bathroom. The water was also slimy. The beds felt like uncle festers bed in the Addams family movie. It felt like you just sink into the mattress. Overall was an okay stay.

WiFi was unavailable even after getting an alternate login password from the front desk. Made it hard to work while there.

Nice area in the middle of all of the ASU sports facilities. Easy walk to many good restaurants. The rooftop pool was nice, but the pictures make it look better than it is. The fruit infused water in the lobby was a nice treat in the Tempe heat!

So convenient to Arizona State. Surprisingly quiet despite the airport traffic. Love this place.

I was told that each day Housekeeping would empty trash, make beds and provide more towels and washcloths. This did not happen and I had to go to the front desk myself when I arrived after a long day at a work training. The AC also did not get very cold in room 402, I would set it to 70 and it would not go below 72 even after being gone all day etc. The room was hot, and uncomfortable, especially after we lost power on 06/10/25 for nearly 4 hours, we didnt get any updates on anything and there wasnt any type of back up generators for anyone's room etc and the room got really hot since there is no ventilation.
