A comfortable, clean hotel, very responsive and friendly staff, spacious, safe car park, nice rooms, only I think the breakfast menu needs to be varied.

1. The service is really good, the staff is very friendly. 2. There is a kids pool, a good swimming pool with a good view too. 3. The room is okay. 4. It smells really good. I like it. 5. The breakfast menu is so-so in terms of taste and variety.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, especially for my elderly parents.

Parkir motor mengganggu kendaraan roda 4, terutama saat belok di basement, ada tanda peringatan di belokan tapi malah motor parkir di situ. Akhirnya samping mobil kena baret spakbor motor yg parkir🤨

The lobby was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern and cozy elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The lighting and decoration were soothing, making me feel right at home. The staff were equally impressive. Every single member of the team was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. From the check-in process to any requests I had during my stay, they were always attentive and genuinely kind. It's clear they prioritize customer service, and it truly made a difference in my experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the attention to detail, with little touches like fresh flowers and high-quality toiletries that added to the luxurious feel. If you're looking for a hotel with a relaxing ambiance and a staff that makes you feel like part of the family, Manohara is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommend! Also, we got a voucher for a free massage for one hour for one person and a free welcome drink!

Clean rooms and good service.

Stay at Manohara for 4 days. All good. Friendly hotel staff, clean room, bathroom is also complete with toiletries + hair dryer + strong water, breakfast food is also ok.
