The hotel is located right at Giang Vo Lake, convenient location. The room is spacious and airy with full amenities. The hotel lobby has luxurious afternoon tea and coffee. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The security guard is also very friendly. There are many restaurants around I lost a room card but did not have to pay compensation, I was quite surprised because of the excellent service. However, I did not notice that the hotel had a note to check in after 3pm, but normally all hotels are almost 2pm

Power outage several times in the evening

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are lovely but some of the facilities are rundown. In my room, there was a lot of green moss under the bathtub which was very unsightly. The gold plating on the bathtub and the dining utensils were also peeling off quite a lot and looked very uneven. The location is nice, the price is reasonable but it would be better if the facilities were refurbished.
