Check-in/out was okay. Cleanliness was okay, everything was okay (minus the Wi-Fi, which was really slow). Staff friendliness was also lacking in explanation. We rented for 3 nights, which should have been enough & included towels, 2 free bottles of water, and complete bath soap provided at check-in. Well, here we asked for rental accommodation rights (yes, asking for a change of towels and 2 free bottles of water). I mean, why did they wait for us to ask? That's the only downside. Everything was okay.

Nice place, near a strategic location

For the price of around 250, it's actually quite adequate, and the room is adequate. The only thing is that the sofa and the wall-mounted bathroom are moldy. It might be better to remove the sofa and repair everything that's moldy, especially the bathroom. For the health of those staying, but overall, thank you for the two nights.

It was a 12 nights stay, it was nice at the beginning but terrible every single day. The staff changed the room because the initial room given was smelly and kinda dirty. Then we moved to the other room. The room is quite spacious, but still dirty and the air was not fresh, the bathroom was smelly. The worst part of all, the staffs were rude, only one staff who was okay, but eventually also following his colleague’s attitude. They don’t even smile and very rude to the guests. Even when we have package or wants to get mineral water, they didn’t say anything and just continuing playing games. Overall, it was the worst stay I’ve ever had in my life. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

The room is spacious, with a refrigerator. It also has a water heater and cold running water. It also has a TV and cool air conditioning. It's strategically located. It's perfect for a few days' stay, especially for those coming from out of town.

The hotel staff was friendly upon check-in, the hotel is close to Alfa Mart which is open 24 hours, and there are many places to eat, and there is also a grocery store.

The deluxe room is very spacious. The facilities are quite old but still function well. The location is strategic, and there are many food vendors and minimarkets nearby.

The suite room has a shower that is in a broken condition, the toilet flush is difficult to press, it smells of cigarettes when you first enter, the location is quite strategic and close to everywhere.
