The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in was easy, and it was close to Solo Paragon Mall, making it easy to get around since it's in the city center. Drinking water was free, and you could cook noodles for free. Free tea, coffee, and sugar were available. An iron was also available for borrowing.

Wi-Fi radio can be added at both ends near the CCTV on the 3rd floor, so that it can cover the entire internet access even into the rooms.

Strategic location, friendly staff, really good facilities for that price, really suitable for backpackers like me yesterday, really worth it 😊

The location is perfect!!! Near everything! Walking distance with the mall, and easy access to go anywhere with motorbike taxi apps. The hospitality of the host is a chef's kiss! Perfect! Kind approach, complete information, and friendly attitude. The size of the bed is perfect for a solo traveler. The problem was that there is only a tiny space to pray facing the Qibla. The AC works nicely. The water heater also works well. The problem was just that the neighbors were too loud and didn’t realize that the wall was not fully soundproof. But definitely will go back there again when I go to Solo next time!

Highly recommended for solo travelers. Staying at Smart Single, although small, is very comfortable for just resting. Everything is clean and functional. Oh yeah, there's a mini pantry next to the reception desk. Guests can make coffee and instant noodles for free. Absolutely the best. I'll definitely stay there again if I'm back in Solo.
