Strategic location and easy to reach. Spacious parking. The hotel is a bit old and dusty, but still comfortable for sleeping.

At that time I had written a request for a surprise greeting because we wanted to celebrate our anniversary, but when we arrived at the hotel during check-in we were asked if there was any even though we had clearly written the request on Traveloka. And the officer was quite stubborn, so I gave in, it was okay. Quite disappointed. And when I got to the room the blanket was stained, the bathroom was dirty, and I got a back view. Even though at that time I got a rate of 1.3 million for 1 night. Really disappointed, I wanted to celebrate my wedding anniversary but instead I was annoyed 🥲

I stayed during the Eid holiday and took 3 rooms 3 rooms did not provide mats (had to ask for them first) 2 rooms had TVs that did not work and the hot water in the toilet did not work (there was no large mirror in the toilet) 1 room had a broken shower faucet The bed still had hair falling out and the mattress was no longer soft The only good breakfast was fried food, omelettes and mini martabak The good ones: Parking is quite spacious Rooms are quite spacious

Actually the hotel is okay, I just got a room that looked like it was not well maintained (the walls were chipped, the shower head came off when I was using it but when I reported it, it was replaced with a new one, they forgot to give me a towel and a bathroom mat, there was no telephone in the room whereas the other rooms had one, there was also no TV cable, when I complained it had just been installed but the broadcast was mediocre), my mother's room also had a leak in the bathroom, hopefully the maintenance can be paid more attention to
