I suggest not to book this unit. The booking was managed by another agent who was very slow and hard to respond and the agent on site asked me to check in at 16.00. Even though the check-in rule on the Traveloka application is 14.00. I canceled the order and did not stay because I had violated the check-in rules, but the agent forced me to check in even though I had violated Traveloka's rules and did not return my money even though it was the agent's fault. Note: I have to write a rate so I can write my sharing, but in reality I canceled and did not stay

Sangat ribet sekali prosesnya, tidak ada lobi, dan ternyata ada aplikasi pihak kedua tanpa pemberitahuan dari agen online.
