First Time. But very disappointing. Choose a balcony room with a mountain view and have written in the notes and the request but given without a balcony, the room is small, cramped, the view is not attractive. For the room price of 1.2 million is very unreasonable with the facilities provided, the food is also less varied and very standard, not according to the hotel's star rating. Check in at 10 pm, at 12 noon already chatted and asked to check out immediately, usually 4-star hotels are given a maximum time of 1-2 pm to check out. The swimming pool is small, less private in my opinion because it can be seen by neighbors from the house next to the hotel building, there are no staff on duty, so you can't even ask for towels. The only advantage is new and strategic location. But around this hotel there are quite a lot of other hotels ranging from 2-4 stars that are far better in every way. Planned to stay 3 nights, only able to stay 1 night, the second day immediately checked out and looked for another hotel.

The most memorable is the view from my room, enjoying the air on the balcony with a view of Mount Marapi connected to Mount Singgalang. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, check in doesn't have to wait long, the food is very varied, there is a welcome drink on the 9th floor while enjoying the view of the city of BKT at night. The location of the hotel is very close to the Jam Gadang and several other tourist attractions. Good job Santika Hotel and team, high recommend to stay here ✨❤️‍🔥

This is my fourth time staying at the Santika Hotel, but this time at the Bukit Tinggi Santika Hotel and I was surprised that it was different from the Santika Hotel where I usually stay in other cities. In terms of service, cleanliness, and the smell of the hotel, of course it is not more comfortable. From the beginning we arrived at night in the lobby, there were no security guards or the usual receptionists so we were confused about where the lobby was so our car was parked in circles. The second time I happened to have a baby and at that time I was waiting for my husband in the lobby who was parking the car, well there was a man who was smoking even though it was clearly a no-smoking area and the man asked several employees in the lobby. oh is this a no-smoking area? and the employee replied that it's okay at night, sir. what?? finally I and the baby just moved away from the man. The bed was also a bit hard. Even though in terms of price it is the same as the Medan Santika Hotel, but in terms of quality it is quite different. Hopefully it can be input so that the Bukit Tinggi Santika Hotel is better. Thank you 🙏🏻

The location is very strategic, just park the car here and can walk to all the hits places in Bukit Tinggi. Friendly service, breakfast is very varied and delicious. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and comfortable.

The friendliness of the staff is not like the friendliness of the Santika Padang staff.

Staycation during Eid with family

The breakfast was delicious, it's just a shame the room was small and the bed was quite hard for a hotel like Santika, hehehe.
