I booked a room through the app but was given the worst room & in the corner with lots of mosquitoes, even though there were still 3 rooms available in the app, why? because I booked through the app, so the employee whispered "want to give me a bad room because the price is cheap.
everything is not according to what is in the app.
there is no mineral water, soap, toothpaste/toothbrush, guest slippers, the lighting is lacking because only 1 lamp is on and the others are off, there is no room key, no hot water, the electrical cables are not neat & the room is leaking
mineral water & soap must be purchased at the cashier.
