Food From cafe expensive, no hot water For drink coffe or tea

OK, OK, just improve the service.

The room is really small so it's really hard to put things in, there's no mirror, the AC isn't that cold, the staff is also unfriendly and slow, but the hotel is aesthetic, clean and smells good. If you want to stay here, bring your children.

Not satisfied with the service from the receptionist who couldn't find my booking. Even though the e-voucher has been issued and the email has also been sent to the hotel. The answer given 3 times was no booking (1. No notification received by the hotel. 2. No booking in the system. 3. Not in the extranet app). After a little argument, the new receptionist checked the hotel email and found the booking. Retraining is needed so that all bookings are entered into the hotel reservation system and guests are not disappointed.

Lumayan lah … tapi kamarnya agak sempit ….

Minuses: no wardrobe. Cleaning service is noisy when cleaning other rooms. It's a hassle to go up from lift 1 to the top lift, you need to ask the receptionist for help. Mandatory deposit of 100k. Plus: sufficient parking. The hotel is strategically located in the city center.

Bagus, bersih. Tapi berisik banget suara di lantai 1 menggema sampai ke lantai 2. Di resepsionisnya suka banget orang ngobrol kencang-kencang.
