Bad, the app should have checked the registered hotel first, after the reservation was made, the hotel did not want to know that we booked online, the room we booked was given to someone else who made a direct reservation. As a result, the stay was canceled. And the money was forfeited. What a mess.

Room no 4: 1. Spacious (former prayer room) 2. The door to the room is a sliding glass door, and there is no lock (makes it uncomfortable) 3. The bathroom door is difficult to open and close. 4. Squat toilet (even though the picture shows a sitting toilet) 5. Bathtub, not shower, and no hot water (even though the app shows a shower) 6. The bathroom wall is full of worms. 7. The ceiling leaks badly. The room flooded because rainwater entered the room. My clothes got wet. 8. The hotel staff at night were very rude. Not friendly at all. 9. I asked to move rooms but was not allowed for various reasons, even though it was very uncomfortable. 10. Conclusion: the room is uncomfortable. If it is not suitable, it should not be rented. Even though the room is not good, at least make it comfortable.
