For the first time here, I had a very satisfying experience. Firstly, the view is very pleasing to the eye, suitable for those who are looking for peace because they are tired of the world, it's better to come here because each room has its own privacy. Secondly, for comfort and cleanliness, it's really good, complete facilities, towels, hairdryer, tube top for soaking in the hot water pool, even prepared cotton buds to clean your ears after soaking, super duper attention to detail. For the trip, it's a bit difficult because you have to go through a narrow road, it's enough for 2 cars but it's so tight, but it's all worth it when you arrive 👍🏻

Words can't express it. The villa's tranquil atmosphere, stunning views, private pool, and hot springs from Mount Pancar are relaxing and healing.

We have stayed here many times. March 26, 2026 at 7:06 PM, the restaurant called twice telling us to hurry up and have dinner because they said the restaurant would close at 8 PM. When we checked in, we were informed that the restaurant closed at 9 PM. It seemed the restaurant employees wanted to go home quickly. This indicates a chaotic management & restaurant employees who treat guests as they please. We complained to the Front Office but they responded coldly. This shows the quality of service at this resort. Do things like this escape the attention of the Owner/CEO/COO of Tirta Arsanta? God knows best.

The staff was responsive and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hopefully, in the future, the bathroom showers will be equipped with water heaters to make them more comfortable, as the weather is quite cold.

Nice, clean, beautiful, friendly, professional, basically really cool, only the road is a little narrow, about 500m, parking is safe.

Overall okay for those who like to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The downside is there is no hot water in the bathroom and you have to pay for parking again 30 thousand in advance.

Access to tourist locations must be upgraded by the local district/provincial government.

The villa is comfortable, the hot water is also really hot, so happy with my family here

Best staycation! Love this area and hotel. We stayed in 2 villas, Papandayan and Pangrango, they are connected wall to wall, nice to stay with friends, also near restoran, one level down from reception. Villas Ijen and Lawu are connected the same way and located on the first level with reception. Our villas were truly amazing! Hot spring pools are really hot and give you max relaxation. Trackings start right from the hotel and are fantastic, roads up and down with spectacular views on hills, rice fields, incredible waterfalls just in a walk steps, food is delicious everywhere. Just one night and we were fully recharged! Highly recommend.

The onsen is okay right in front of the room. But the location is a bit far from Sentul's main road, bfast food is standard but it's ok. But with rooms in the 1.8 range, it's pricey.

Like it's close to the river, and there are private hotsprings. However, the rooms and bathrooms are not clean, and there are lots of mosquitoes. The dispenser leaks, you have to take hot water to the restaurant. There must be rejuvenation, because the struggle to get to the location is quite challenging (small and winding roads), but room conditions like that make a little disappointed.

Di harga segitu terlalu mahal aku kira akan waw banget, kalo malam agak serem, dan lantai kayunya itu agak reot dan ada yang bolong.

This hotel is perfect buat yang mau staycation, kalau lebih dari satu malam bisa juga sambil trekking, tapi kalau cuma satu malam mending santai-santai nikmatin air panas dan sungai dan hijau-hijaunya aja. Agak pricey tapi worth it banget. Dapet afternoon snack dan breakfast tiap hari, katanya dapat makanan 3x sehari tapi aku tidak dapet. Untuk breakfast-nya jujur B aja tapi yaudah tidak jadi masalah besar. Kamarnya luas sekali, untuk Villa Lawu yang kapasitas 2 orang masih bisa tambah bed sampai 2. Kebersihannya oke, 4/5, lumayan bersih tapi ada beberapa serpihan kayu dibalik bantal dan keran di kamar mandinya karatan. Kolam air panasnya juara sih, bisa masuk sampai 4-5 orang bahkan lebih, dalemnya dan luasnya cukup banget. Panasnya pas. Servicenya lumayan, not the best tapi cukup helpful. Paling masnya suka tibatiba nyelonong ke villa sedangkan beberapa anggota keluarga ada yang lagi buka jilbab berendem. Dari awal udah ngebantu banget karena aku tambah satu malem dan tadinya Villa Lawu tidak available untuk malam kedua tapi bisa diatur jadi gaperlu pindah villa. Terus aku request di dekor juga dibantuin (extra fee tapi gapapa) Alamnya juga masih ijo banget, terus turun ke bawah ada sungai yang masih bisa main ciprat-ciprat atau celup-celup kaki dan aman karena banyak batu, memang bukan untuk berenang karena kalau hujan arusnya jadi deres banget. Ohiya, tidak wheelchair friendly yaa karena lepas lobby semuanya udah serba tangga turun kebawah. Pasti bakal balik lagi, tinggal cari waktu yang pas karena alamnya & air panasnya nagih banget. Rekomen!

The service is not okay, on the list from them they say they can eat 3 times a day for 12 people, it turns out that they only get 1 time, they feel cheated too.

At check-in there was no identity check, so the room was recorded incorrectly. Have asked for an additional mat but it was not delivered. Hoping to be able to soak in hot water immediately, but it's just drained and can be used after maghrib. There is no signal and the wifi is only in the restaurant, it doesn't reach the room.

Tiba di lokasi sekitar pukul 14, ternyata petugas di lokasi tidak menemukan catatan reservasi kami untuk Villa Slamet. Padahal beberapa hari sebelumnya Kami sudah konfirmasi dengan Sales Tirta Arsanta via WA untuk memastikan order yang kami lakukan via Traveloka. Pihak Sales menyatakan sudah ok, bahkan menjelaskan kembali fasilitas yang akan diperoleh. Sehingga sangat mengecewakan karena reservasi kami ternyata diabaikan. Untungnya tidak ada double booking, tapi kami harus menunggu sekitar 1 jam karena Villa nya masih harus dibersihkan dan kolam air panas pun harus dikuras. Hal yang harusnya sudah dilakukan lebih awal kalau ada koordinasi yang baik antara Tim Sales yang di Jakarta dan Tim operasional yang di lapangan. Kolam air panas yang dikuras, bahkan baru bisa digunakan sekitar jam 8 malam karena harus menunggu air kolamnya penuh. Untuk Villa Slamet, hanya 1 toilet yang bisa digunakan dari 2 toilet yang tersedia. Tidak disediakan tissue dan toiletries, hanya disediakan handuk. Air AC ternyata dibuang ke lantai kamar mandi, sehingga lantai kamar mandi selalu basah (rawan terpleset). Tidak disediakan cermin sama sekali untuk berkaca. Hal lain yang kurang menyenangkan adalah tidak terjaganya sungai yang menjadi daya tarik dari Villa ini. Banyak sampah plastik bertebaran dan tidak ada petugas yang membersihkan. Tidak ada pengumuman tegas agar pengunjung tidak membuang sampah ke sungai. Karena gemas, kami berinisiatif untuk mengumpulkan sampah-sampah plastik tersebut, hingga terkumpul 1 kantong plastik besar (kantongnya juga kami pungut dari sungai). Tolong pihak Villa lebih memperhatikan kebersihan lingkungannya dan memperbaiki komunikasi/kordinasi antara tim sales dan tim operasionalnya.

5 hours before check-in, I contacted them to say they wanted to clean the bath and clean the hot spring water, but it wasn't cleaned, and the bed was not cleaned.

No Wifi. No internet access for Telkomsel users. So you’re stuck paying Rp 100,000 for Indosat modem provided by the hotel. Somehow your always run out of quota within 5 hours after use, forcing you to buy another 100,000 for additional quota and so on.

the view is good, the cleanliness of the room, especially the bed on the pillow, there is a lot of lizard droppings, better check the cleanliness of the room before the guest checks in. if you stay here don't forget to bring mosquito lotion because there are lots of mosquitoes in the room. Please improve the quality of food again because this villa is located far from the restaurant, you will definitely eat inside the villa
