The staff are all friendly. The rooms are clean, but there's only one trash can in the bathroom. There's no trash can in the lobby area, so it's confusing where to dispose of your trash. So, whether you're in your room or outside the lobby, there's a trash can. The food is pretty good. But they need more attention. The chicken porridge was cold, not warmed up. The fresh juice was gassy, so I didn't drink it. The chocolate sprinkles were too oily.

I stayed for 3 days. When I went to bed, I found 4-5 strands of women's hair under the blanket, even though I checked in alone. The bathroom was the same, with hairs strewn all over the floor and even on the walls. I complained, but when I returned to the hotel that afternoon, I found several strands of women's hair still stuck to the bathroom and the walls. It was uncomfortable because I had complained in the morning, but when I returned to the hotel that evening, the same thing still remained.

The bathroom floor's slope isn't ideal, causing most of the shower water to flow outward. This makes the bathroom dirty, difficult to dry, and uncomfortable. For breakfast you have to go to another hotel from the same group that is attached to the hotel. It was not comfortable because you have to get out from the hotel and passing through open area - smoking area, Breakfast quality is average, lack of variety, refilling of finished food was slow.

The room size didn't match the app's description, either in the photos or the floor space. The app stated 28m2, but the actual room was even less than 15m2. The mattress was a combination of twin beds, combined due to space constraints. The room wasn't soundproofed from outside noise.

Overall, it's great. The location is strategic, right off the BSD toll exit, near Pasmod, and close to residential areas. Access to the airport is also good. It's comfortable and highly recommended, and the price is very reasonable. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it's also a great place to find snacks.

During my stay, the Swissbel Court staff were all friendly. However, when I went to Swissbel for breakfast, there was no friendliness, especially the female staff at the restaurant. It's a shame that a 4-star hotel has a lower quality staff than a 3-star hotel. The food during my 2-night stay was almost the same, and the last day all the food was salty.
