It was my 2nd time having family staycation at the hotel. Room are clean and complete amenities.
A bit input for the breakfast team: Always check and double check for all menu condiments. I had Soto Ayam but no chicken on the pot and condiments area, so the staff suggest me to take the chicken from chicken porridge station. I also had bubur kacang hijau, it tasted bland and the coconut milk is not ready.

Room I got an upgrade to Superior but that just means more space. Bed not well made and Dust everywhere. Lightswitch for bathroom not inside. Loud classic background music from starting 5.30 a.m. ! in corridors. Breakfast amazing but some food not written wjat it is (Sambal Sauces for example). Staff friendly but cannot soeak english. Well 30% too high priced then for my feeling.

This hotel is strategically located, close to several restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are clean and the staff, from security to room service, are excellent. What could be improved: adding a hand shower in the deluxe rooms. Thank you.

The hotel is nice, neat, clean, comfortable and the rooms are bright, not dim. I like rooms that are brighter than dim. The bathroom is not transparent so it is suitable for all groups. There is a swimming pool and a gym that can be used. The restaurant is neat and clean and the food is quite varied. I just hope there is western food on the breakfast menu such as spaghetti etc. There are many culinary places in the surrounding area. Thank you

We had a short family trip in here and felt very comfortable to stayed in. The cleanliness, bed is comfortable, hot water is great, and the location surrounded by many good restaurants 👍🏻👍🏻
Ps : need to change the coffee provided inside the room. Smells and taste weird

I stayed on July 5th, at 11pm I was knocked on, and tried to open my room with the employee's access card, as soon as we went out, the officer said we were checking out according to him, while the rules clearly stated that we were checking out at 12 noon on the 6th, in my opinion it was very annoying, as soon as 12 noon I queued to hand over the room key, the guest in front of me was asked how the experience of staying was, when it was my turn to hand over the key, no one said anything, thank you.

Actually, it was a lot of fun staying here. Family friendly, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. And close to everywhere. But unfortunately in one of our rooms (booked 2 rooms) the toilet was leaking. Although on the first day they immediately helped to clean it, it still made me uncomfortable because the toilet was still wet and smelled bad. Hopefully it can be fixed soon in the future.
